This is a monthly membership that you invest into that gives you access to one treatment per month, tips and exercises to do in between sessions, Nutrition and supplement advice, stretching incorporated into your sessions if requested or needed, and unlimited consultations to ensure the treatments are in aligned with whats going on with your body.

If you prefer not to be in a membership we understand. What you can expect coming in as a non-member. You will receive one consultation at your first appointment for us to understand that reason for your visit and mirror a treatment around what your body needs. After the session, we will discuss what we discovered during your session in detail and answer any questions you may have.

ASSESSMENT & TREATMENT
At Recharge, we hear your story and take a detailed history. To that end, we create an individualized treatment plan including Assessment & Treatment aimed at achieving the functional goals we set together.
CONTINUED CARE
We take the time to understand the root of your problem in order to provide the best and most effective treatment. Through our years of experience, we’ve found that Continued Care is a crucial part of the recovery process.

WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?
You can call or text us to set up your initial appointment. On the day of your appointment we will discuss how your body feels, what your workload looks like to determine the areas of your body that might be overused, we will then start your session where communication is encouraged to ensure you get the most out of your session, we will finish and discuss what we found during the session and talk about what you can do moving forward.
DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?
you do not need a Doctor's referral
WHAT TYPES OF HEALTH INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?
We do not accept health insurance at this time. We do take HSA and FSA cards.
